There are lots of things at that location that indicates the store management is either extremely lazy or incompetent and it transferred down to the workers.
Go to the airport McDonald's this one is dysfunctional for some reason. Not ice cream machine but the whole store.
They care about people is just the system is down.
Lack of concern.
It is easier to make your owm ice cream and go there to eat it.
