My wife and I went here today June 28th. Our fries were cold and soggy. I came home and basically had to run to the restroom 2 times. I left the restaurant unhappy and still hungry. I'm not sure if they changed the portioning or what but I've never left hungry. Very disappointed today

I went to the drive thru around 8:45/9:00pm the employees were so rude & also my bacon to baconator fries wasn’t chopped up ! .. the jr. Hamburger we ordered had no topping and she made it a problem when I asked for ketchup. Smh it’s always a problem at this location ! at this point idc if they close… I usually travel to the gender location but today I was tired but ik now just make that drive .! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Really wish I didn't have to give a star to be able to rate these people I will say Every time I order it's a bad experience I am over it and done ordering I will never eat at this Wendy's again for some reason everybody that works there seems to be incompetent I'm not sure how they go about the hiring process but whoever's doing the hiring needs to be fired to be fired. Foods always unprepared, There are always adding things to sandwiches that don't need it to be added, They overcharge you for no reason I can't understand, Hands down worst Wendy's in Columbus do not waste your time or money you will regret it.

Arrived at the drive through and noticed only 1 customer ahead of me. I placed an order for 4 cheeseburger meals, fries, and drinks. I was asked to pull forward while they waited for 1 double cheeseburger. I sat there while 8 customers where served and drove around me. I was late getting back from lunch and my order wasn't even right. Customer service has gotten horrible in this country and no one seems to care.
