My grandma love white castle. They do not have one where she lives so as soon as she gets off the plane she is mysteriously hungry. 😂😂 but anything foe her and the food is always hot and fresh, no matter what time of day you come.

Try the one at greenlawn and south high street. They are always friendly and grts the ordrrs right. I quit going to the alum creek location because of similar horrible service
Reception could be part of problem technical issues personally I would go to store speak to manager make aware of issues
