Does this look like a cheese burger to anyone else? I ordered a Quarter ponder with cheese. I could have saved 5 bucks and got a cheese burger apparently they are the same thing..just charge more when you say Quarter ponder

Very slow service, kids working here are rude, disrespectful and have bad attitudes. Last time I was there, a little girl slammed the window shut on me because she was mad about my order being messed up. This time another little girl scratched me trying to shove napkins in my hand. Napkins and straws should come with every meal. I drive past this McDonald's to go to one with better customer service. I will not return to thes establishment again.

The drive though crew member was more interested in getting a phone number, and keeping the line moving was not a priority. Once we made it to the window we were handed cold fries, and requested new fries to replace the cold ones. Nothing but attitude from the staff. Not a very good expectation all. Can we give less than 1 star???

They tried to give us 3 different orders before getting ours. Some items we ordered weren't even in the bags because they never rang us up for them. We would have known this if they had repeated our orders back to us. The front drive thru woman was incredibly disrespectful. I understand it was Friday evening and they were getting busy but this is something that they need to plan for and not take it out on us. I'm probably going to avoid this location going forward.

Pick up only...can go in to order but no dine in
Ive been going that same McDonald's for 5 years and the Machine is always down because the night shift will not clean it for the morning shift so every time I ask they tell me it's down when really it's just not clean that's thats what it was when I got to the bottom of it but it's never been cleaned in 5 years so good luck!!!!!
Call them when that happens they usually replace it next visit
It looks like there is one employee who can benefit from more training. I can imagine the challenges of training with current level employee turn over in restaurants and retail business across the board. Nevertheless, there should be no substitute of Quality and Safety anywhere.
