This is the absolute best White Castle in Ohio we drive over 50 miles to get food there we had one in Zanesville and we drove to the Hamilton Ave, location in Columbus, Ohio been going there 40 years and will continue to do until I can no longer drive.

Check your bag at the drive thru window. These hoodrats don't know how to fulfill an order. Called several times and finally got an answer. Extremely rude female said wait in the line again for the items they forgot. Ummm...I'm not waiting in line for 30 minutes again.

The food was okay but the staff was very unprofessional, the actual restaurant was extremely disgusting and dirty. I will never stop at this location ever again!

Food was tasty and fast but the burgers are so tiny. I should of ordered more. There was hardly anyone inside so they made our burgers fresh. That was cool. The service was ok but I thought they would be more enthusiastic to serve us. I really enjoyed their drink selection. Crinkle fries were nice compared to other chains that have different varieties.
