This Wendy’s is terrible. It always takes forever and they always are out of something on my order every time. Not a huge deal but it is when they never get the order right and don’t include all items. Best bet - go anywhere else.

Just wow. When things go wrong. Slow down and be patient with your customers. I dont need you to tell me 6 times that your only accepting cash or online orders. Your tone was very rude. Enjoy your lifelong career at wendys acting that way.

I just went there to get breakfast got a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich drove less than a quarter mile home biscuit cold cheese cold couldn't even bite through the bacon it was like rubber. You shouldn't have such people that don't care enough about other people's food other than their own kind of felt like that came out cold and nasty because I was white and that's not the first time I've been through there and felt like this I live basically three streets away in Bexley in the last couple times I've eaten here my food has been terrible and been treated like s*** it's like they're allergic to white people

Food horrible horrible despicable deplorable service. Attempted to contact the store phone rang, someone would answer kept hanging up. Food was ice-cold. Young folks playing no work being done Cars leaving after ordered food. Poor leadership at this location.
