Why does it suggest on all of the websites that curbside pickup is an option then it says there are too many orders for the day? I've tried this at 5 am and 5 pm with the same result. No phone numbers work either.

Times refresh at 12 AM. It's been very competitive getting a slot recently because a lot of people know this trick.
