These are some of my favorite peoples on the planet! No hassle, not annoying like most of your rental stores. Very laid back people and very easy and understanding if you just inform them on what's going on at the moment. I've purchased so many things from them. I love you Aarons Furniture, I wouldn't trade you guys for no other furniture place💗💖

Did an order over the phone yesterday that was scheduled to be delivered today between the hours of 4pm and 7 pm and they never called me to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to due to not having my verifications complete VERY inconsiderate being that it’s a Friday evening and I’m sitting at home waiting for NOTHING when I could have been doing other things. If I didn’t call at 6:45 I guess I would’ve just assumed they forgot. SMH. I think I at least deserved a courtesy call!!! I will not do business with them now.

Don't really care for Aaron's. For a company that really over charges for stuff and knows it. They are very rude in some of their stores. They call it protecting their items from potential who can't pay. Or possibly may want to run away with their stuff. You have a right to do that, but use some common courteousy. Everybody doesn't want something for nothing.
