Ordered a chair from this location on 12/5/2021. It didn't arrive until the end of February 2022 even though there was nothing custom about it. Got it home and found they provided used power supplies for the motors, and no literature with the chair! Contacted the manager and he said they would replace them right away. 6 weeks later and we have received no replacement power supplies, and no response from the store manager after trying to reach him. On March 26, after less than 1 month of owning the chair, the foot rest motor quit working. We followed warranty directions and contacted the store. A week later a rep from La-Z-Boy called and said they would send a tech out on Jun 18th! This is a $2000 chair! The attached photos show the power supplies the day we received the chair. How can a business treat their customers like this and stay in business?

An appointment was required, a max of 15 customers in the building was posted on a sign at the door, and all employees were wearing masks and avoided handshakes. Sanitizer was available right inside the front doors, as well as at the consult/design tables.
