This place was great. I bought a new microwave here. The sales people were not pushy, and very informative about the products when asked. Plus they have a ton of massage chairs you can try out. There's so much stuff here, you can easily spend an hour in the blink of an eye.

My experience from start to finish was excellent at the Polaris location. I bought furniture and Matt B was my sales person. He was amazing, very patient and knowledgeable. He made the process, which I over analyzed, fun and seamless. I also purchased a mattress. Scott G was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicated throughout and followed up with me after delivery to ensure everything went well. Delivery went perfect. John and Jacob were both great. They showed up on time, professional and friendly. They ensured the product was in great condition and delivered seamlessly. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with! He took his time and addressed all of our questions. There was no pressure to purchase the most expensive appliances. After our appliances arrived, the refrigerator felt too big for our space and when we asked about an exchange they were great to deal with. This is our second major purchase from Big Sandy and it’s the first place we look for furniture and appliances.

We had a great first experience with Big Sandy. Hayden was super helpful but gave us plenty of space to look around the sales floor and chat, didn’t feel overwhelmed like you can feel at other places. We had our table delivered the following week and the 2 gentlemen were very nice, worked quickly and took all of the trash with them after assembly. We will definitely be back for our future furniture needs.
