Don't remember a playground per se, but the river and woods are super fun.
I didn't see any playground there but there is a big open area near the bathrooms, enough room to set up games and such.
There is a big open field by the bathrooms that we have used to set up volley ball, badminton, cricket, ect. But I have not seen a playground, specifically. However, the campground is small, the woods are super fun and so are the campers.
I took my 4, 1-11 yo.. We brought some outdoor activities and had a fine time! And Deep Lake does have a small play ground as well as small loop to hike. Fish in the lake too! I had printed out some cards with clues of native plants/trees & wildlife and did a scavenger hunt. Lastly the caregiver "Camp Host" very nice gentleman place was clean.
No playground sorry. Easy access to the river though and some areas where kids could play. I recommend going to the nearby Knolte State Park which had Deep Lake. It's only a few miles down the road like a 6 minute or so drive and I believe there are okay areas for kids and there is a beach. On sunny days and the weekends it gets packed though so go early and if you park on the side of the road make sure you're tires don't touch the pavement to avoid a ticket! Have fun!
