Great club, I enjoy shooting here. I am a new member but I find all of the long time members are really nice and helpful.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The positives are that the facility is good, and the equipment well maintained. The negatives are as follows: 1. I had to ask for a range orientation - this should be standard as a new member or visiting shooter. I've never been to any other range where this was not the first order of business. 2. The receptionist is at best "curt" bordering rude. This club has a long history and as a newcomer you can sense it. 3. The youth program is bad. My son wanted to learn to shoot and despite several calls ahead of time to coordinate and engage the process was a joke. There is no structure for a new / inexperienced shooter to start this sport. I am willing to concede that it's all a process of volunteer time, but the Ravens is currently made up of a group of established shooters and I doubt it will exist in a few years without an injection of new members. I am taking him elsewhere - his initiation set him back. In summary, if you know what you're doing and are experienced in T&S and want to just get out & shoot, this is a good place to go. If you require help or are new to the sport be prepared to ask and potentially tolerate some individual attitude, or just go elsewhere.

Best shotgun club around was shocked to see less that 5 star reviews. Was able to see Tom Knapp before he passed which was one of the best experiences in my shooting career.

There really isn't much to hate on about Seattle Skeet & Trap. It's a massive facility, their equipment is up to snuff, and their prices are fairly reasonable. It's really all I could ask for in a club that makes clay shooting accessible to pretty much everyone. Well, except for the fact it's not closer to my house... but I suppose they were there first, so I won't hold it against them. If I had to nitpick on something, it would be their relatively restrictive hours for the general public and their check out/in can sometimes be disorganized. Other than that, it's smooth sailing. If you're nervous about shooting or going to a new club, don't be. All the baddies are at some other range.
