The manager is the owner so there is no particular phone number to get ahold of them you basically have to show up on site

Sorry, not knowledgeable about rent prices in Ravensdale. Dont believe there are any apts, only houses, land and a slightly run down trailerpark next to the Bible Church.

Not that Im aware of. They all are privately owned and rented on a monthly basis.
