Ownership treats this 55+ mobile home park like a slumlord would. Closed the clubhouse to make an office. If someone would look into the inner workings funny business would be no surprise.

The people there was friendly even when just driving by. I was helping my brother and sister in law move into their home there that they bought. Smiles and highs from passer byers! Nice to see such KINDNESS! 🤗 PEACE ALWAYS FINDS HIS WAY TO REST IN US

My friend loves her neighborhood! It is nice an peaceful... the rent fee is high.. like over 1100 I think but I guess that is to be expected now.. The cabana is nice for events!

No. All homeowners own their homes outright and then you pay rent on the land that the house sits on.
There aren't any empty lots. You buy the house on the plot and pay rent for that space.
There was at least one, but not sure if it is still available.
