Work orders take forever to be completed. We are always told a day or time and no one shows. The rent always goes up, but there is not increase in services or value to living here.

Alaire has been a great move for our family. The location is central and convenient. The staff are also extremely helpful and have been very accommodating! Specifically, Trevor has great customer service and helped us make this apartment into a great home.

Today marks 5 months of living at Alaire and I am so grateful to have found this awesome community. Coming from another complex where I lived for over 9 years, it never felt like home. Now I feel at home!! The office staff, particularly Miranda and Maple, are so helpful and always friendly. They strive to make this community feel like a family. Always organizing events that bring everyone together. They even have events for the residents' fur babies! This month they have set up an area where residents can wrap Christmas gifts and they supply everything. The maintenance team are exceptional. Always smiling and extremely efficient. Its' also very peaceful here. Feeling extra blessed and grateful this holiday season thanks to the Alaire team!

I believe the hours are 10-6 M-F in the clubhouse and 10-9 in the big workout room
I think it went up to $1900. That's 3 bedroom. But look it up. Depends on what your looking for.
Good Afternoon Sandra! We have 2x1s starting at 873 Sq. Ft. and go all the way up to some of our 2x2s in excess of 1,030 Sq. Ft! If you are interested in coming by for a tour, we would love to have you! We are open Monday thru Friday from 9am until 6pm (tours available from 9:30am until 5:15pm.) We also offer convenient weekend hours from 10am until 5pm (tours available from 10:30am until 4:15pm.) I have lived here since January, and seen zero roaches or rats. Management has been responsive to every concern I have expressed. I feel safe here.
This likely depends on the floor plan. There are different options at different price points. I'd recommend calling the leasing office for more details.
