This is an income based apartment complex that has 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments. They have wood floor throughout, no carpet. They have nice appliances, but no washer/dryer hookup. Water is included in rent though, and they do have a place on site to do laundry.

They are all 2 bedroom it ranges from $480-$520 and you are only allowed animals if they are pet companions or service animals
Not at the moment, but put your application in and get on the list. People drop off the list for various reasons all of the time, so that could bump you up.
