I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and still happy to come home. The grounds are always well cared for and welcoming. The staff (especially Johnny) are always friendly and helpful. A nice quite place to live that is in convenient walking distance of the stuff I use.

Ive lived here going on a year now. The location is great, it's very close to a Safeway. The management is helpful and friendly, and the apartments themselves are nice and efficient. Multiple laundromats are close by on the complex and there is a rarely used fitness center in the clubhouse Honestly the biggest issue is residents (for whatever reason) not putting their trash bags IN the dumpster. They'll lay them beside it, on top of it, anywhere else but inside it. Then the crows rip it all apart. That's not Fairwoods fault though. Thanks for the nice, affordable place to live!

I've been living here for over 2 years. It's a very good location. Management is very attentive and maintenance is very quick to fix any issues I ever had and also very nice.
