TI communities have been the worst company to have taken over our apartment complex, 6 months into the pandemic they took it upon themselves to go door to door harassing people who lost their jobs on payment plans. They offered reduced rent and $500 off for multiple months to new residents while offering no help for current residents struggling financially. People couldn't even do their laundry if they didn't have a washer and dryer in the unit. We had the police called on us (wrongfully) they accused us of trespassing and we had to show with our ID that we do in fact live here. The absolute worst. Zero communication and profits over people mentality. The whole property is falling apart, as its built on sliding land, causing concrete to randomly roll down the steep hills.

Very nice office staff however their professional negligence is why they get 2 stars I’ve had my work van towed from my permitted parking spot multiple times for “not moving”. Very frustrating I am a traveling nurse and can be out of town for lengthy time periods. I am a paying resident who is looking to move cant deal with the stress of not knowing if my car will be home when I land. This is not the place to live if your work involves traveling

I have never been so disappointed with an apartment complex. If No Stars was an option, I'd use that. The people working at the desk never have any idea what is happening, will never answer the phone and never respond to emails. The apartments have a lock system on the doors that do not work, so sometimes they get shut and we are locked out of our apartments. The no smoking policy is not enforced, we have Balconies that people could but not technically allowed to and the apartment still reeks of cigarettes and weed, the smell seeps through the pipes and vents. The amenities are never available, the pool has been closed for months and the Gym is never available either. The cost is never consistent and its hard to get a base on what to budget for. The walk away smell terrible and is never cleaned well.

I moved here at the beginning of December. I have loved every single thing about this property, from the Staff to my apartment. The view is to DIE FOR! The cleanliness of the property is stellar. Every morning I see the maintenance guys cleaning, the lawns get done every week and the staircases 2 times a month. We have valet trash here and sometimes they don't do a very good job, but the convenience of the service helps a lot. My work orders get taken care of when needed as well. I would recommend these apartments to any friend!!
