I ordered food on the McDonald's app and the app says the restaurant is still open. However the restaurant was closed when I arrived to pick up my meal. The clerk couldn't refund my money, very disgusting experience! McDonald's management is messy.

DO NOT EAT HERE, I made a mobile order for a large fry and strawberry smoothie, the lobby was locked, so we waiting in front of the pickup window, the ladies inside where to busy making TikTok’s dancing in the lobby after about 10 minutes one finally came out the building and told she couldn’t make anything bc there manager wasn’t there bc she didn’t have the codes, which is lie you don’t need codes for fries and smoothies, like girl you can make a smoothie and fry, I use to be manager at McDonald’sI even offer to make it myself at that point!

3:00 pm and they closed the McDonald’s bc they’re lazy they just wanted to be on their phone and told us to go somewhere else!
