Westview Village and their staff make the entire complex feel like it is family run. The attention that you get from everyone on staff here is phenomenal and I would recommend Westview Village to anyone looking for a new community to call home.

I’ve been living in the west view village apts. for 2years what a comfortable place to live The staff is like family Nancy the receptionist so sweet kind smart and beautiful, Paula the the manager very business but very polite beautiful smile Vadim big beautiful Blue Eyes you just can’t miss that head maintenance with a one man crew and you wouldn’t never can tell that that one man is keeping these grounds soooo clean even the Dumpster area Fabuloso come by and just take a WALK THOUGH

Management is extremely kind, but beware on the ridiculous fees to live here. Upon moving out we worked hard to clean the place up. I even filled nearly every pinhole in the walls. We had very minimal, average wear and not even any carpet stains. Then they hit us with a 160$ "standard" cleaning fee. On top of that they charged us "final" fees on top of our utilities, "final move out fee" "final service fee" on top of another "service fee". The fees are an extra 215 dollars for no reason. My roommate had asked about a carpet cleaning fee mentioned in a move-out paper and we were told to not worry about it unless our carpets were very dirty, which they weren't. **also, the renters insurance company they push forces you to buy insurance starting the day that you visit their site. You can't choose when it starts, but westview required we have it before we move in. Due to that, I accidentally got insurance too early because I didn't realize it. And because of that. it ended a couple weeks early. My only options were to pay for another full year or deal with another fee. Again, very kind staff but very shady move-out fees.

Only lived here for a year and my experience with it was great! Nancy was always responsive in a timely manner and the custodians did their best to keep the housing complex, inside and outside, clean and well kept! Their communication was great! They provided hard copy and electronic copies of letters and notices with the residents and was always consistent and clear so I was aware of what they were working on in and around my unit. Thanks Westview Village for making my experience living in your home a great one!
