I am the assistant manager over at Acumen Carpet Cleaning & Resurfacing and Reyvi, Elizabeth, and Carlos have been beyond pleasant to work with! They are super responsive and I can tell they really care about putting their best foot forward. We all know a management team can make or break your experience living somewhere. I would most definitely recommend Constellation for their overall professionalism and friendliness. :)

At first it is a very nice place ! They make sure you’re comfortable but the living experience sucks. A lot of stuff in my apartment haven’t been fixed. The first office lady that we had experience with told us that she was going to get some things fixed in our apartment but they still haven’t been fixed. When you come to them about problems they always seem to have an attitude about helping out. I love Carlos he is the best ! Everyone else has attitudes . I know sometimes you aren’t able to help with the things going on but it’s always okay to make sure you guys know what’s going on .

I’m not a tenant at this apartment (not yet, hopefully) but my two roommates and I toured with Elizabeth C. and it was a relaxing, informative experience! I trusted Elizebeth’s every word and she was so kind and patient. The complex overall is small, so it’s most likely well managed. There so many high-quality amenities and the tenets are friendly and clean. This apartment complex is high on our list!

Phoenix Addams

It's cozy and tucked away from the road which gives it a bit of security along with the gate that goes around the whole property. It's peaceful and quiet. Reyvi, the manager, is great! She is invested in the community and really easy to get along with. Carlos is the maintenance manager and he's cooperative and knowledgeable. I like living here so far!
