People's speed through here all the time like it's a normal Road and there's kids playing all the time I'm surprised no one's gotten hit and they don't enforce the 15 mph speed limit that it is through here they just wave at people as they're flying 60 miles an hour through these streets or through these apartments

I've lived here for 7 years it's home to me , it's quiet. the staff and maintenance work hard to make sure you are happy. The landscaping is very pretty and all always done I get compliments from friends that come to visit. Soccer field for the kids ,the pool and BBQ are gorgeous. So I have no complaints

I have been contacting the staff about mold in my apartment for months. the apartment is also falling apart. the amount of things i’ve had to fix on my own is ridiculous and there’s been no type of help or compensation for any of these issues. the mold is my apartment is from an unfinished job the maintenance started when the shower wall was separating from the actual wall and had bugs coming out of that area and they never came back to finish and no matter how much i contact anyone i don’t hear anything back. this is a photo of all the mold growing in my bathroom right now. don’t let the pictures on the website fool you.

I honestly have no idea I don't know how anybody can take someone out especially when they know that the person isn't going to be able to find another place or even have a place to go when they know that and they still I have no problem saying oh well you should have paid your rent on time or oh well that's how the cookie crumbles f*** those people
They add on fees to make sure you can’t stay for long if you’re low income. Don’t move here if you’re not fairly rich and don’t have savings.
You can go to the property website https://www.liveatgrammercy.com/floorplans and click the apply now button or you can select the floor plan you are interested in and your desired move in date and then proceed to register/apply.
