Just wanted to give a huge shout out to David and Joe at this NMB Firestone location. I came in on a Sunday for a machine front end alignment on my Truck, I was out of town and needed to travel Home for Monday work obligations. Firestone was the store open in the area that offers Machine wheel alignments and although the store was particularly busy, Joe and David we're able to get me worked in! The shop did an Excellent job and I was back up and running a few hours later! Solid Team at this location.. I'd reccomend this shop if you need tires or auto repairs, they we're very helpful and professional to everyone who came in that I witnessed David or Joe speak to.

Came in for a rear wiper replacement that was damaged in a car wash. Said they had it in stock, at my appointment realized they didn't so said they ordered it and it would be 2-3 days. Yesterday they told me I could go to the dealer that is 45 minutes away to pick it up and they would put it on. Today, knowing full well we are leaving tomorrow after calling them multiple times and being told it was ordered and coming, they put the broken blade back on. At this point I could have ordered myself and now we have to drive across the country with it still broken.
