I was really shocked to find out there is no bathroom downstairs for those on the beach or pool to use! You would have to go up to your condo if you need a bathroom! The Wi-Fi connection is terrible! It goes out constantly. No complaints about our condo. It was beautiful, recently remodeled, decorated beautiful, new furniture, clean. Only complaint is of the building, the elevators are in terrible shape, the floor is rusting out to where you can see holes, and in some spots it is soft like it is about to fall in. Please repair these!!

The room was overall dirty upon arrival. Floors gritty, ceiling fans covered in dust, counters sticky. After we did a good clean/wipe down the unit was spacious. Ice machine on fridge never worked. Out of 9 beds on 2 of them had even remotely comfortable mattresses. All other mattresses where hard as boards. 3 out of 5 bedrooms did not have working TV's, maintenance couldnt fix. Head of HOA old guy who wears a red hat is a weirdo, he literally stands by the pool and takes pictures of people (women/children) laying pool side. All staff stares you down the entire time your on the property, even people who.live there complain about staff/HOA guy. This a 100% no smoking property, you will be standing out on sidewalk to smoke. There is no access to pool or beach after 10pm. You have to walk to public access way to get to beach after 10pm. Elevator floors are soggy you feel them give way under your feet getting in and out. Cockroaches bigger than half dollar all over walls in walkways to elevator every evening.

This has nothing to do with the place we stayed in. It was perfectly fine, but don’t bring your kids or have any fun. The management here will watch you like a hawk and stalk you if you even try to do so much as laugh. There was an older gentleman who was not even in a uniform try to tell us to go where and what to do without telling us he was staff. If you’re going to have management, at least dress like them. Second, I wouldn’t recommend this place because it is not kid friendly the way management speaks to their customers. VERY RUDE. Will not be back. Should have read the older reviews and gone somewhere else!

Usually open in April because the temperatures are up. Call Elliot and verify the opening to make sure. Wouldn't want to be disappointed.
The sign say 7 ft 6 in but think you have a little more clearance than that. I think a hardtop carrier on a Cherokee might be too high depending on your carrier. The under building unloading area and the parking garage are marked with the same height. Good luck hope you have a nice trip.

No. There is not a true "lobby," either. It is a condominium where some people actually live full-time. The building is clean and in great shape, as are most of the units. But, they are individually owned, so keep that in mind. All are different. It isn't a hotel.
