Stayed in #711, corner balcony , 3 bedroom unit and it was wonderful. Total complex was wonderful. Condo unit was large, nicely decorated with everything we needed. Wifi however sucked, had to use my personal Hotspot on iPhone. Cleaning service did NOT do a good job at all. Spent 2 hours when arrived cleaning bathroom, floors, closets floors and kitchen. Kitchen sink plumbing piping broke, but fixed within 2 hours after we reported it. Pools, beach, exercise room were great. I would go back to this complex.

Very short. I didn't measure but u have a 2020 kia sorrento and I had a thule Atlantis 2100 and barely fit. You may be able to park on the street across from building but I am not sure.
The end/corner units have 4 bedrooms. You can also find so if the info about the rooms on the various rental websites (elliott, thomas, century 21, etc)

October - March are winter months, so you can rent monthly. I personally go through Elliott Reality/Cherry Grove office.
Unit 1003 has broken dryer. Serviced twice. Still not working. Please refer to my review on this unit.
