I've been in this trailer park for over 25 years and its been great, but the new landlords have favoritism over certain tenants which is uncalled for. Very nosey to people they don't approve of any Caucasian it seems. The landlords are very unprofessional and unbelievably ignorant. So far worst people yet.

I dont live here.... While I merely just drove through it for a potential home, I was severely let down due to the horrendous conditions of the lots and how run down it was. The pictures made it look better. How many broken windows in homes were there? Too many to count. Asking 700+ $ a month is an atrocity as you could probably find something much nicer else where. Needless to say, I and my family will not be living here. I hope they do better in the future.

This mobile home park needs to make improvements to the roads and have tenants clean their lots and make the park look more appealing to prospective tenants. Right now the place looks extremely run down and unappealing.
