I am not sure but i will ask my friend that lives there and leave the update here for you by 7pm My friend said there are two RVs there that are renting. He doesn't know the terms of their agreement.
They do boot rent homes. There is atleast one for sale
There is a property manager on site most.mobiles are purchasing hase.
It varies depending on the lot, closest to the lake and the furthest (they're higher elevation) are higher space rent. It really all depends on your view of the lake and Mt. Rainier. I believe the rent ranges from $650 to $850. I have family in two homes here and they are paying between $700 and $750.
