Visited some people here, nice and well kept little neighborhood. Also, I thought it was pretty secure too as there is only one or 2 entrances from Benson. Looks like a nice place to live!

Park owner is very malicious likes to harass tenants and family members and other tenants will harass you as well. I've never met such an unprofessional park owner in my life i was walking to my parents home and park owner yells from two blocks away harrasing me telling me I can't see my parents and said i lived their even though I have physical proof of my residency in Renton not Kent. I hope one day this park owner understands her unprofessionalism and correct it because I was very hurt by what she said and threatened to kick my parents from the park
