The people working here are very nice, no issues. My 2 main concerns are the old wood and smell and no light in the unit, and the price listed when I reserved the unit did not specify it was an introductory, 1 month special - I was under the impression that this was the price if booked online. I cannot justify the regular price bill that I just received, almost $100 for a dark and musty 5x10. When I saw the unit in person initially, I only continued renting it because of the price that I accepted.

Have asked them if they could help or work with me in terms of rent due to the fact that two months after having to put our belongings into storage because our apartment building was set on fire and we lost our home and some of our belongings but the stuff that survived the smoke, water damage and fire itself we obviously needed somewhere to store it,,, my husband was hit by a vehicle as he walked across the street. He is permanently disabled now and we have zero income but they were less than helpful. Apparently there is nothing they can do to help us out even for a few months! Or even after I've paid for two units along with two insurance fees and two locks and two admin fees religiously for 7 months. I understand that it's not their responsibility to help us out but what's happened to anyone in business these days showing even the slightest compassion for people who are actually really struggling right now but normally don't ask for or need any help. So ii had to get rid of one of my units and have no where to store my belongings so I'm sure I will end up losing all of it from someone who thinks they need my stuff more than I do. My unit was also broken in to right before I moved out and the staff hasnt returned a call or email to let me know what they ended up finding out on the footage she said she was going to watch.

Our company needed extra storage and a parking space and this team was THE friendliest. Paul and Tiffanie were extremely helpful and informative. So many people flooded the office at once right after I came in and they were super professional and lightheartedly making jokes to get through the crowd. It was awesome and I'm glad we chose to work with them.

Totem has made my rental needs top priority and they are always very responsive to anything I need. They even go above and beyond most companies these days and most everything is electronic to sign and get it done! Love it.

Yes. Totem storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis. Rent is also prorated in and out so you’re just paying for the portion of the month you’re renting.

The office is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
