i’ve been going here for three years and have had no issues, however the new health care provider is really rude and made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome just because i didn’t have time to pee in a cup. the health care provider i saw before was very nice, but when i told the woman that i didn’t have time because i had work, she handed me my bag of birth control and simply walked away.

I was scheduled at 4:30 and told to come in at 4:20 and I arrived and checked in at 4:10 and it's almost 5:10 and still waiting! An hour! I scheduled this appt a month ago! I was supposed to get my iud done last appt but they accidentally booked me for 30 mins and not 1 hr so I just got the shot and now I'm back and pissed off waiting here for more than an hr now! Like seriously do the schedule right cause you guys are wasting my precious time!!

I've been to a few different public health centers and this one is by far the nicest. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming and the facility is clean, pretty and quiet. There's a very comfortable nursing room where a mom can go and quietly and comfortably breastfeed their baby. In the middle of my pregnancy we moved to Puyallup and I continued to have my WIC appointments here because I like the staff so much. Highly recommended
