Pantera is a 55 plus community. The park and homes are kept up really nice. There is a big club house wih a pool and hot tub although right now those facilities are closed. There is a lot rent that goes toward your space and maitenance of facilities.

Very well maintained. We held a memorial service at the clubhouse and the facilities were very nice.

Visited the clubhouse. There's an outdoor swimming pool. The clubhouse has a kitchen, fireplace, a stage with piano and a big screen tv. The houses and landscaping are all meticulously kept. If I was 55+ I'd consider living here.

Beautiful mobile homes and lots of friendly neighbors. Has a dog park and a pool! Good movies at the club house and nice views of the lake too.

I believe my mom pays a little over 800. I think it's now $820-840 monthly but my mom baught her home near 40,000. I do not live with her but we visit often. She has a 3 bedroom. Enough for guests to visit.
You can store your RV in a storage parking area. This is a mobile home park. There are no spots for RVs.
