Terrible place. You have to register guest cars otherwise they will tow your vehicle. My sister lives here, and registered my moms car at 9:49 am. Turns out the apartment called the tow company and had the car towed. She called the tow company and they said they came out and towed it at 10:00-10:30 am. She called management to let them know, and they said when they scanned at 9:18am it wasn’t registered. They didn’t even bother to recheck before towing. Idiots.

I lived here for a year and a half and I really enjoyed living at Grand View Apartments. If it wasn't for work, I would still be staying there but unfortunately, I had to move closer to work. I've never encountered any problems staying there and the office staff are very friendly especially the assistant manager, Amber! She very professional and very kind. Also, the maintenance staff. The only downfall about this place is limited parking at night, the garbage is pretty bad. But, other than that, I really enjoyed staying here. Honestly though, anywhere you go, there's always some type of problem, but that's just how it is. The view of Mt Rainier from my apartment was amazing. Thank you Grand View!!

I love my apartment, but they should have devulged the garbage problem. It's horrible. And parking. There are not enough spaces and if you want a guest, good luck. Only a few reserved for guests plus they have to register. They can not park on the premises more than 5 days a month. Plus what isn't mentioned...the road noise is very loud. And they are building more phases so that won't get better. I've had a few times I've called with an issue. Staff is very impersonal and I've found uncompassionate and rigid
