Don't store an RV here, under any circumstances. Security is superficial at best, and we've had one break in and one catalytic converter stolen in 7 months here. Done.

On the afternoon of March 3rd, 2021, The older guy behind counter (Pete) had an attitude that was as if we were interrupting & wasting his time. We needed to ge last thing (a bike) in the unit & was rudely informed the unit was only paid to Feb 11th. & he was not going to allow us to open it up until $108 was paid. He said: Well WHO are you? And where is (tenant of unit)? We told him: She's DEAD! (while we were calling the person in charge of her after death affairs) I told him “Geez, You could TRY being nice!” We walked out to finish phone call & found out the storage was already emptied by a relative. We went back in to get info on how to settle the bill. At this point, the employee finally acted like a decent human & expressed concern by asking ‘How she die & was it sudden?’ What difference did it make, he was already so rude & frankly, it was none of his business & at that point we just wanted to turn in the keys & give him the forwarding address to send the bill. His attitude was as if he'd already heard enough ppl try to get out of paying late fees & assumed we were doing that. He said he needed a copy of a death certificate to dismiss the bill, as if we just told him our friend had died to get out of paying a bill. He never got up from his reclining swivel chair that he was leaning back in, to greet us when we walked in, either. This was not my unit, so I'd never had to deal with the company prior to this. If I had gone here to rent & encountered him as my first contact, then I'd be turned off thinking about what a disrespectful & presumptuous guy I'd have to deal with if I required customer service at any future time.

These guys have been wonderful and accommodating since day one. Great prices, all my stuff was cared for, and any issues I had were handled wonderfully. I also paid for the last days of my storage here (only 10 bucks) but my friend never showed up to get the things when I arranged with him and the facility. Two days later, no charge nor concern when I’d finally gotten around to getting the rest. On top of that I left locks and computers there, they kindly took care of it considering my commute. Would absolutely use them again

If you lease there you have your own access code. Their hours are from 6am if I remember correct till 10pm. You can't access in between. Don't get cought in there after hours as they are closed till morning & if they have to let you out then there's a charge & possible replications. Also you can not stay there over night either that is definently a no no & can be noticed & or evicted. This is a nice & clean place & manager Heather & maintenance is the best. But they pul no punches.They have security & cameras so it is monitor for safety. I hope this answers your question about the place. Thanks JFR...
Most likely not. I don't work at this facility but I work in the self-storage industry. We aren't even allowed to give or receive codes over the phone. Though that may be our company policy alone. So I would give them a call to know for sure!
