I have hired multiple home cleaning services, and CottageCare has the most friendly, reliable, and affordable service of all. On the one occasion over the past 3 years that the service was not exemplary, the manager has responded to my call within an hour and arranged a repeat cleaning. Love these guys.

We started using Cottage Care in 2008 until we moved to eastern WA in 2012. They were amazing back then. We recently moved back to western WA, so we called them up and they are cleaning our house again. Vanessa does such a thorough job and we are truly grateful! I've used Cottage Care for several years. It's incredibly nice to have a caring and consistent staff the whole time! (I used other cleaning services in the past and they had high turnover rates, no one seemed to know us or the house.) Cottage Care is a caring, responsible company and a pleasure to interact with. I've always had Sean as my account Manager. Lori calls with reminders and handles all the scheduling. Nicest of all is Rosa, who is the cleaner who has been taking care of my home. She's been the primary house cleaner for us for years now. She knows our place very well and how we'd like to prioritize things. She really does an excellent job. We have three cats, including one who is very opinionated. When we've had other service folks tend to the house, the cats often are agitated and unhappy. When Rosa comes to clean, the cats remain mellow and calm (even with all the vacuuming!). I strongly recommend this company and Rosa in particular.

All of our cleaning products are non-toxic and eco-friendly. We can certainly do our best to accommodate specific health conditions if you alert us before your cleaning.
We believe in 100% transparency. If we accidentally break or damage something, we will let you know immediately, and do whatever we can to make it right.
We want you to be happy with every cleaning so we offer to come out and touch up the cleaning, offer a discount off the services or a free cleaning to make it right.
Yes! The more frequent the cleaning the more significant the discount.
We have a sophisticated proprietary pricing system that calculates prices based on rooms to be cleaned and the size of the home.
We prefer to give you a set price for a completed job that we can quote you right over the phone. We can give you an hourly cost if you have very specific cleaning projects but we have a 4-hour minimum on those services.
All of our most commonly used products are eco-friendly and have been since day one here at CottageCare. Oven cleaner is the only product we use that we have not found an eco-friendly alternative for.
Yes, we use Ecolab products which are widely used in the restaurant and medical industry.
We take out trash in the home and place it in your trash bin. We will not take out recycling.
We can sure try! We often have gaps in our schedule and will do our best to accommodate your last-minute scheduling needs.
Absolutely, we love pets! We just ask if your pet is aggressive in any way that you consider putting them in a crate or a separate room.
