Wouldn't be that bad if the park didn't let the dude in the mustang cruise around the park blasting his engine like he doesn't know how to drive a stick shift. He don't care what time of day or night it is.

We love it here. Yeah there is a cargo container processing center but it is way less noise here than the nearby KOA which will keep you up at night with all the trucks and street racers on that busy road. The old low reviews are from previous management according to people who lived here longer than us. This management is much better. The amenities are low, not even a playground but so is the rate. You can't beat that low cost. Laundry onsite is maintained well with pay-by-app available for convenience. Residents are mostly respectful to each other and we haven't heard or seen any type of criminal element here. Background checks are required for long-term rental. Spaces are larger thn KOA. Great great place to live after moving from our house in Tacoma.

We drove through the park and were dissapointed at every turn. Dilapidated Mobile Homes scattered throughout the park along with various older RVs did not help it's image. There are Broken concrete slabs, overgrown lawns throughout the park. The buildings housing showers and laundry facilities are very run down. The atmosphere felt unsafe. We would be afraid to stay there.

If we can give a zero, we would. Shocked to even see a 2.9%. A friend stayed there and a family member of hers. They never invited anyone over cause they were so embarassed. With that said, they moved out quickly. I'm not judgemental so I went there once and what a rat city white trailer trash of a place this is! Unbelievable! Most residents keep their sites pretty clean. It's the lack of maintenance/upkeep from management. Management changes quite often we hear so not sure whats going on there but that's a HUGE RED FLAG. Grounds are filthy, holey & trash everywhere. Owners & Mgrs should be ashamed and embarassed. Infact, outer fences are outlined w/rat poison boxes. Dumpster areas are never kept up. W/b nice with a fence border for a nicer dumpster area look.Theft for many years at row of mailboxes. Owner & Mgr need to clean, spruce, overlay asphalt on driveways, fix sewer back up overflow, invest in locked mailboxes for residents due to ongoing theft and/invest in camera to catch the crook(s). $750 and up is way too high for this dump. A whole lot of TLC is much needed. They have done absolutely zero upkeep/investments/maintenance, etc.

When I moved in they did both a credit and a background check. I believe that's still the case. As far as minimum scores go I don't know
