The newer bags of Bob's gluten free wonderful bread mix have different directions than the old bags. Do you use the same directions for a bread machine as for the oven? I don't want to mess this up as they are rather expensive. Thank you!

I've never used the bread mix but I would definitely call Bob's Red Mill and ask for advice

Bread machine is different than the oven. Package directions are for oven. Call the store and they will know what to change.
