The only reason I gave a star is because the staff are all Great! But who ever is in charge of "Not Caring 1 single bit about people's time" is doing a good job....Waiting in line for well over 25 minutes with people walking around instead of taking a teller station!

The customer service is SO bad at this branch, that I’m now looking for a new bank. After 20+ years the incompetent help and insane policies has reached a new low at US bank. I no longer trust them with my money . Go to any other bank this one doesn’t respect or respond to customers.

Doesn't matter to this bank how bad they are, hide behind their apologies while being consistently horrible. Computer down when cashing checks with the arrogance of just come back. Few branches open to actually get anything done. Avoid them like the plague. Arrogance while wasting your time, their particular joy. Just plain part of this nation's problems while acting like they are better than others! Another year and it's WORSE!!!! Banker here ONLY cares about money, short staffed and there is no excusr
