They would get zero if it was possible. Cannot get through to the pharmacy. If you call it is and endless loop of transfers. Last two needs in the past month have gone unfilled for 4 days. I is still pending so call 4 days, 5. This is my life, my livelihood. I have been released to go back to work after a SERIOUS issue based on these medications starting last week. Absolutely sucks!!! May try to be nice, the workers are, the fact they are even able to operate on oak Street in Milwaukie Oregon is totally negligent!!! Lawsuits coming for sure... if not already!

The pharmacy has stopped answering phone calls for weeks and now the phone line is saying “user busy” and immediately hanging up. No communication on important meds, like when my asthma medication had to be ordered and was out for 3 days—this could have simply been resolved by answering the phone and arranging pickup at another location where they had the medicine. Now they are not answering or have completed a SEIZURE medication submitted 3 days ago; no answer, immediate call drop, nothing. These are extremely important, life altering medications. Lastly, the last time I was able to reach someone literally WEEKS ago I was told the medication I needed was ready. When I arrived to pick it up 6 hours later, I was rudely told it was not and wouldn’t be until the next day. This location used to be a good place to go. Everything has since gone downhill. We will be transferring to another pharmacy after 15 years trusting Rite Aid.

I used to love this location! I've never had any issues with it. Until recently. It clearly states on your site that you are open until 10:00 p.m. I just called your store and again, was told your store is open until 10:00 p.m. The last five times my husband is gone to your location to get something that our son needs, your store's been closed. Tonight he went down there at 8:50, and you were close. Last week he went at 9:00 on the dot in your store was closed. And so on and so on. I just tried calling and no one answered and it's now 9:25. I will try calling again in the morning to see what's going on! Don't list your hours is one thing and close before that. Some people drive quite a ways to get to your location and to find out that your store hours do not match up with what your online information and store phone information is saying is not okay!

The Rite Aid off of Oak Street in Milwaukie Oregon is freaking fantastic! Everyone is so kind and I am always happy to get my prescription refills there just so I get to see the faces of all the individuals that I adore who work there :) Thanks Rite Aid!
