I have really loved this place in the past, but my experience the past few days has really left me wondering if it is going down the tubes. All kinds of problems with even ordering on the website- finally had to give the order over the phone- in going to pick it up, going to the building where my things were kept, a man in a pickup was totally blocking the one lane to get into the parking lot- the guy seemed to think he was entitled to block the driveway and ignored me when I asked him to move. I was directed by staff to go to a building"around the corner" , I went around the building to a place with a sign for their buisiness, no one was helping, called the office again and was told it was a different building , one that had no sign on it. I pulled in there and waited, after another phone call with another staff member, my stuff was brought by fork lift from the first building where the man was blocking the driveway and brought it finally to where I was now parked- if this sounds ridiculous and poor service, yes indeed.this is a terrible way to run a business- I hope this was just a one off very bad day for them, and hope it will not be chronic problems and confusion. I like the place and hope I don't have to find another place to get my supplies that has its act together.
