I'm a tough critic when it comes to professionalism and customer service. I promise not to go easy on Valerie Vieyra... Valerie is truly a hidden gem in the business world. She is a professional with a great sense of humor. I decided to reach out to her in hopes of getting more information in regards to life insurance policies. Valerie told me everything I needed to hear and much more. Life insurance and wills are no easy topics of discussion. I've tried having this conversation with a few other agents in the past and none of them displayed the level of compassion and concern that Valerie showed me. She was still ruthless! lol. But like I said, it's a hard topic of dicussion and someone needs to say these things. Valerie said them with the best intentions and outmost respect.
