Good to have a roof over your head food in your stomach and a bed sleeping in a place to shower
Bruce Nicola
The staff here is caring, helpful and respectful. The food is ok, better some meals than others. They seem to be moving in the right direction assisting us homeless individuals. Oh, and they do have an ice machine now, and we are able to get free ice.

Depending on what city she lives in she can call City Net in Anaheim set up an appointment with them or she can go to Anaheim P.D or Fullerton P.D tell them that she is an alcoholic and she is homeless and wants help they will drive her in personaly to a shelter. , as for Bridges at Kramer place I have been here 10 months and they have helped me get back on my feet , best wishes for your friend ,
City net doesn't seem to help. My son is homeless and has called an we both have left messages to no avail. I can't help anymore because I am out of money and I live out of state.
Id love to but they will never do inter views i lived there for a year before moving into my own place Ms Kathleeen Fisher
Good luck to you and your sister.β¨βοΈπ₯βοΈβ¨
I in joy myself and that help in way I never had in my life thank you all
β¨πποΈβοΈπ₯βοΈποΈπβ¨ Good for you, lady that your still caring for your son from far away
Sorry this shelter is not for boys , its for Men and Women olny , you jave to be 18 and older ,
There are definitely shelters for you that are actually not bad they help you get on your feet and they give you a piece of mind. And they help you with housing
Yes, but you have to be referred by am outside agency.
Bridges at Kraemer place takes in any age with referral from City Net except anyone under 18
You do not need Money ! There is no change, you have to be homeless, it's a homeless shelter for Men, Woman , pet dogs and cats, and you can get In by refrell only , you can go through City Net or your local police department, you have to wait until a bed is available which can take a day or weeks depending on if you need a lower bunk , and your needs, they have beds for disabled people, you get 3 meals a day, plus snacks, overall it's a good place for those who are in need of a safe place to stay,
Yes they do. To come here you need a reference from PD or Citinet
Have you visited it? It's a veritable dump. The staff is ignorant, security is selfish, the counselors inexperienced to the point of stupid, and nobody at all gives a care for the "inmates" You need to visit your health care provider for options because if you want to help your son, this is not the place.
Keep your head up and chest out everyday no matter what Lil G, Your bound to win and stay away from Wack haters. Be spiritual
Hi. The best answer i can give you is call county mental health. Thay have the number to bridges at Kramer. Its a fantastic place to start. I know because i was there. I now have my own aptarment and transportation. Thay are wonderful people there. The shelter there has everything you need to get back on your feet. Just get involved is all i can say. God bless.
I think this shelter requires a referral.
Hi yes ochca, thay got me in and it was worth all of it, i mean it. And now im in my own place. Bridges has so much to offer your son. The best of God's blessing unto you.call everyday if you have to to get your son in there.
What a nice thing to do. The best thing would be to contact someone at Mercy house who runs it, first. Good luck and God bless
A lot of it is how much you work the program. They do have some resources, but they don't just find a place for you that you can afford and meets your needs (for example, placing an intelligent independent woman in a wheelchair in a room on the second floor in a building without an elevator). The staff includes some who really do care about the guests, but they are all stretched too far.
We are always excited to be connected to new friends and volunteers! Because this answer can change by the minute, your best bet would be to contact the Bridges at Kraemer Place Volunteer Associate and ask what the current need is on which day. Bridges can accomodate volunteer groups from 1 or 2 friends or family members, to even 15 or more members (think church groups or company giving days). You can reach the Bridges at Kraemer Place Volunteer Associate at 714-836-7188 ext 135.
Permanent housing, medical needs and social services. They also provide employment resources.
No they don't except food donations but they do provide vary good food to those there.
If you can get in, sometimes it's not immediately, the curfew is 9pm. Of course they want you to look for work and people do have jobs that are past 9pm so they work with that so you're not limited for work purposes. Good luck to you.
Contact any citynet worker. They can get you in.
You're not locked up if you get yourself a car. That requires a job. Homeless and productivity are opposites. Get it?
I am a Logistics Coordinator for Bridges. I can direct you to the address but you would need to have an agency referral. It is an excellent place for people who are motivated in getting off the streets. Reply with contact info & we can talk in private.
Dog license and proof from Doctor (MD) it is a service animal. Stringent, you can't bring just any animal..we get attached to our animals, especially when homeless, they stick with u when it seems no one else has. I've been there.
Bridges at Kraemer Place offers hall or dorm-style sleeping arrangements. Men and women are separated into two different "dorms" during the night. Each dorm has bunk-beds with moisture-resistant and bed-bug-resistant mattresses, and basic bedding items are supplied as part of your stay. There are common areas where men and women can co-mingle and be together when awake.
The program is restricted to keep over-crowding from happening, so that means that acceptance into the facility is referral based. To obtain sponsorship for referral you need to contact The Orange County Health Care Agency @ 1-800-564-8448. Let them know that you are trying to get into Bridges and you need a referral, they will assist you with your needs. I hope this helps, and best of luck to you, I commend you for reaching out for help, sometimes it's the hardest part.
The only way you can stay at the shelter is if you get a referral from sitting at Orange County Outreach and engagement or PD
Unfortunately we have certain types of mattresses that we use they will not accept them
You will need to contact city net.
Bunk beds
Where's a place I can take a shower when you only got 5 bucks
Alright thank you
They would have to be referred into a shelter by either PD or an organization that helps with the homeless community
I stayed at this shelter twice and they r very helpful and I am able to go bak on 7-22 and yes I do plan on Goin bak
Keep trying they will answer.
You can go there and ask. Also keep in mind they still follow all covid19 guidelines... They will help!
Yes
Call CityNet or the Homeless Outreach Team for that city police. Some shelters are not taking intakes due to Covid at this time but there are some that will.
U can't just go there at last minutes notice. usually you would have to get refered by Citi-net ending Homeless or local police department. Example, Anaheim, Placenta, Fullerton, Brea PD. But maybe you'll get lucky if u try to call Bridges tonight. You have to get the phone number online but I'll give u the exstention. It's 186 . Good Luck!!
I work there you have to go to Salvation army in santa ana
Yup
Do not believe they do. 18 plus. Need a referral from County. Go thru Mercy House or Illumination Foundation.
You need to have a referral from either the city or the police department. For the city im not sure how the process is but i heard if you call the police dept and inform them they can help yp3u out
Yes, they can welcome in but have to call first before come in for intake
The shelter is an adults only shelter.
It's for adults only
Call Citynet, OC links or 211
