This place either needs to be shut down or they need to look into hiring completely new staff who actually do their jobs. My grandmother was there for 18/19 days and not one person let her take a shower! She is supposed to have two shower days a week and they were neglecting to give her showers. It wasn’t until a social worker showed up and made them give her a shower the next day that she was finally able to clean herself after 19 DAYS. That is absolutely absurd! They have turned her call light off multiple times. She called me crying because they left her in the bathroom for an HOUR. She was yelling for someone to help her all that time and no one did. If I lived in the state I’d be in there speaking up for all the neglected patients under their “care”, but I can’t. One thing I can do is warn anyone considering taking their loved ones here TO NOT LET LA PALMA CARE CENTER TEND TO YOUR LOVED ONES. This is the most negligent care center I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I know for a fact my grandmother feels the same way.

This place is horrible my mom is battling cancer and went to the er then the icu and one of their staff stole my mom's wallet with her ID and medical cards and countless belongings and possibly my mom's identity now. Who ever did this is going to hell. So if you want to get stuff stolen from your loved one... go here. This place disgusts me!
