Customer service is horrible. All I needed was a set of blocks for the hangers to a 2 drawer file cabinet. Told me I had to take it apart put it back in the box bring it back get another file cabinet and put it together. There was a block set for floor model but wouldn't let me have it. Great job Staples. Make a simple job more complicated. Won't be back.

I had the wrong item delivered from the Staples website. I went to the store on 9/14/19 @ 2:30pm and was greeted by the front cashier the minute I walked in the store as well as every customer. I explained my situation to the cashier and she immediately called the Sales Manager who very nicely took care of my problem in a matter of minutes. I'm very happy that I actually went to the store instead of trying to solve mi issue online it would have taken longer and it also feels good to know that Staples appreciates my business. Thank you!!

Worst customer service ever from the printing center. Lazy person behind counter refused to help us get one single paper printed. We were there for 30 minutes not at one point offered assistance. People like him should not be working around people who need to take care of business. I asked him to help us and he stated that was not his job. Lazy unprofessional piece of a man. You need some skills in customer service.

This review is specifically for their printing service. I've been to this printing service a few times and I finally got fed up enough to try a local print shop nearby. It may just be the wrong time that I come in but the wait times are horrendous even when there are only a couple people there. The last two times I went in I decided to use the self serve computers. This is a very expensive service. The computer isn't very fast but the charged timer works perfectly fine. The last time I went in to print several color sheets. I though I went as quick as the computer would allow an it still took nearly ten minutes. The printer is really slow I think it would print like 1 sheet per two minutes. Since I had already sent the command to print I thought I could log off while I waited for the printing to finish. I looked all around the computer to see if there was a sign telling customers to remain logged in until all prints were complete. There was NOT one. I got up to ask but was told to wait. I was being charged during that wait so I decided to just log off. It continued to print all but the last sheet. So I waited in line about two people, 5 minutes to ask about my last sheet. They said they saw that it was in the pending so I figured hey modern technology they could probably just print it off for me since I already paid for it. They said they could not but they could reimburse me for the print or I could log back on and print it! I had already spent like $10 bucks for only half a dozen prints and time on their computer. Anyway this place sucks! I found another place that printed and cut 2 dozen color prints for half the price. Anyway take an extra half minute to look up a local print shop and try that. You have nothing to lose, I can pretty much guarantee dissatisfaction as Staples.
