It's a mess at peak time for pick up, people just standing everywhere waiting for their rides

Really wish there was a bigger or second drop off zone. Logistically it's a nightmare because cars block the exit and when in the drop off area there are too many vehicles waiting for their passengers. I wish there was more traffic personel to get the people moving.

Depends on the time of day, but overall organized and no problems. Car can take a while to get into the drop off area, but it is Disneyland.

This place is perfect to pick up fams after a long day at Disney , it’s right off harbor blvd. the shuttle service is very prompt

Yes it is allowed..there is a picnic area to the left once in the front gates..where the parking trams let off..or its relaxing to have lunch at any seating area through out both parks😊
No, it's on Harbor Blvd. The EVC, wheelchair and stroller rental is near the main gate/entrance to Disneyland. Must go through security check first to get to the rental booth.
The driveway is big enough for two lanes of drop off. Look for it on Google maps. It is immediately south of the main entrance driveway for buses.
