Nate and Team did a good job on the install of my mud flaps and bed cover. I do think the pricing is a bit high for such simple installs that I could have done myself. Also, I think the rubber seal around the cover could have been installed better. I did not complain about it since it is an adhesive strip which would cause me more problems in long run if I would ask for it to be fixed. Again Nate is a professional who I can tell is very good with the customers as everyone that walk in ask for Nate the Great!

They were friendly (not in a harassing typical car salesman type & allowed my 9 yrs old son to get into a Hellcat. He entertained them with his knowledge in cars. When I'm ready to buy another vehicle I'd like to buy it through them. Knowledgeable staff. Family Friendly.

We bought my truck here back in December 21. We worked with James R. and got a good deal on the truck. WITHOUT the "market adjustment fee," that most every other dealership is adding to everything. Their after sale customer care was good, fair and easy. They didn't hound us, once in a while emails, especially for oil changes, parts and service. Their service department is a bit more than average in customer assistance. Pricing is a bit high, with current market, but not excessively. All in all a very good experience. I have to give them a 9.2 out of 10. Due to service pricing.

Bottom line the sales people and mechanics at this dealership are taking advantage of innocent people. Don't trust their assessment of your vehicle and definitely take it to another mechanic because they over charge for everything. I brought my truck in for its 100k mile service. I asked them not to change the air filter or change the oil. Upon pick up they tried charging me for the air filter even though they didn't even fulfill this service. If I had not inspected my air filter, they would have taken my money. They also changed the oil, even though I asked them not to, and I had to pay for it. They also quoted me for $6,000 in 'urgent' vehicle repairs (parts alone don't cost more than a 1/4 of this price). I decided to bring my truck into another mechanic who I can trust... he ran through all the 'issues' and confirmed that none of these issues were urgent or pressing. They were simply just trying to make more money off me.
