My Mom broke her leg last October and is still laid up and she is a seinor and has trouble figuring out electronics and I can't help her and we were wondering if she can just call Walmart and have them deliver groceries to her?

I don't think they deliver. I think they just have the drive u, pick up. Hy-Vee will and price chopper will deliver.
