My grandson loves McDonalds. He almost always wants to eat there. I'm not too fond of the robot taking orders. We have a "love/hate" relationship. She loves making me mad and I hate her for making me mad. But my grandson loves their food....

They have some stupid voice recognition thing running their drive thru now. You don't even get to talk to a human. It totally screwed up my order and didn't even give me an option to fix it. Screw McDonald's.

Got there at 8:30 pm. Sat in the drive through line at the kiosk for 5 min and nobody took our order. Pulled up to the window and got some doughy, glasses eyed look from the clerk. They have no idea what’s going on there.

McDonald management please make mobile drivers come in the store and wait patiently. Those employees working very hard should not have to run outside to deliver orders to online apps. Thank you. I love this store and it’s employees
