Worth it every time. Staff has been great, some times it can get stacked in the drive through but rolling down my window and listening to people order ranks up there with (people watching at QT)

Pulled up NO lights on. long line of cars 2 backed out. Dining area lights were off. then came on after being in line.couldnt back up to leave. Got here from airport around 11:28 pm needless to say we will not be back at this one. This was like the 3rd time we came here and same problem. Guess yall do not need business that bad. Got to window at 12:20 only 2 people working.

The Grilled Cheese Burrito is BACK!! My daughter got a notification about it on her phone from her taco bell app, and she was so excited because it's her favorite thing to eat!! This was our first time eating at this location, and the food was perfect! We will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

I will never waste my time coming in the lobby ever again. We had waited in line at the drive through for almost 40 minutes and wouldn't you know it, our order was missing items. I went inside to go get the missing items and was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. The lobby was full of customers who had been waiting equally as long for their food to be ready. The employee who was running the mobile orders/in person orders was not kind at all. There were two guests who had been waiting for their food for almost an hour and when they finally had a chance to question the delay, the employee was incredibly rude. She said "ma'am don't you see that I have a full lobby of people right now? Your order will be done when it gets done, I'm not trying to be rude or yell at you that's just the matter of the fact we're incredibly busy." Then she stormed off and didn't allow further comments. When she finally made her way over to me, she was very short and snippy with me about the missing items. If you have lots of time to kill and waste away, come to this taco bell but know the customer service is not good at all.
