I had an appointment and called to confirm and they said I didn’t have anything with my name scheduled. They sent me a text message reminding me of my appointment yesterday. How can they not find me on the schedule if they sent a message to confirm??!! Very rude staff!!!

Unbelievable how bad were my experience! After 02 months of wait, I’ve been to the office by indication and after complaining about the delay of 52 minutes, the nurse Ana refused to see me, informing that she felt offended by my complaint since her patients usually wait 2 hours to be seen. I was insulted and slighted when I said that I work with students and that they should receive the best treatment as my clients. Ana was rude and unprofessional. The staff was great, they tried to give me options to get around the situation. I don’t recommend.

I can say that Dr Menendez and Dra Deanna have been great to me and my family but the front desk and office manager are the rudest people I have ever sealed with. Most of them don’t know anything and put us on hold forever. The doctor say one thing while with me and the front desk says something totally different so I don’t know where the lack of communication is coming from. I go there because of Dr Deanna, if she leaves, I will follow her. But just be aware and prepared for some rudeness of the front desk.

If you are new , good luck scheduling an appointment here. After 6 weeks of waiting no one called me back and from the beginning no one told me that new paciente are put at the end of the line, I just found out that because I called back today ….. so I need to wait 6 more weeks minimum to get an appointment!! Thanks!!
