Got new modem and router. Worked good last night. Can't get TV today. Have called spectrum and Samsung (my TV) no one seems to be able to help.

I went to have my new phone transferred over and the person didn't know what he was doing. He name was Thomas Grasso at 1981 Aloma Ave Winter Park FL 32792. I only found out on my way home when I tried to make a call. I had to make the call on my old phone. Now I will call spectrum to and have it done properly. Thank you.

Had to but another phone when I changed plan. Which I don't believed I needed to since my phone was a Samsung and was just an year old. I change plans due do boost mobile was enhancing and working on the tower and I couldn't receive or make out going calls for 17 days and I called and was giving the run around. I ran out of patient and switched to spectrum bundled since I have wifi. Which still came out $13 cheaper than me paying separately like I was.
